HomeGrown HomeSewn donates 5% of all ‘AHG’ sales back to American Heritage Girls.
Our HGHS team is excited to announce a partnership with American Heritage Girls. Our passions and goals align in such a great way to help empower girls to explore the creative sewing world. This partnership allows girls to earn their Sewing Badge. On our ‘Shop’ page you will see that several of our sewing kits have ‘AHG’ listed in the title. This means that the kit qualifies for requirements of the AHG Sewing Badge. Within each kit description will be an explanation of what requirement it fulfill for each of the three AHG levels. Also, we offer Enrichment Kits that earn the girls a HomeGrown HomeSewn Patch. These patches can be added to the back of the AHG vests. We cannot wait to share our love of sewing, quilting and needlework with AHG members and their families.
Here is a little bit more about AHG:
The program serving girls in this way across the nation is American Heritage Girls, Inc.
